During the consult, we’ll discuss your goals and what kind of support you’re looking for. There’s no obligation to move forward. This step is about clarity and comfort for you.

Before we meet, I’ll send you a consent form & quick intake form. These help me understand your history and what you’re hoping for, so we can make the most of our time together.
If we decide to work together, you’ll book your first full session at a time that works for you.
