Individual Counselling
In individual counselling, we will work together to explore the parts of your journey that are causing you to feel stuck. This may include discovering patterns that no longer serve you or processing memories you have long feared or avoided. With new awareness, we will work together towards self-acceptance and safety in your relationships.
Pregnancy Counselling
Pregnancy can bring a range of emotions: joy, happiness, or unexpected feelings of anxiety, stress, or grief from past losses. Pregnancy counselling is an opportunity for you to feel heard, to lessen your anxiety, learn tools to navigate this transition, build confidence, and thrive. No matter how you’re feeling, you deserve support during this time of profound change.
Postpartum Counselling
Postpartum counselling offers a safe space to process the complex emotions that come with becoming a mother. You might feel everything from overwhelming awe to guilt or disappointment with your birth experience. Together, we can work towards helping you regain a sense of self, lessen anxiety and depression, and learn tools to empower you as a mother.
